HOP3 is one of the 20 partners of the EU ReActiv project (reactivproject.eu) – aiming at transforming bauxite residues (from the aluminium industry) into a valuable resource for the production of cement.
Huge progress has been made over the past 2 years – opening the way to a new industrial symbiosis between 2 major European industrial sectors. We still have 2 years to transform this hope into reality.
HOP3 Consulting has been supporting the project in the organisation of a technical workshop and by providing advice related to the use of secondary materials in the cement and concrete sectors and its positive impact on climate footprint.
