In December 2025, HOP3 Consulting launched a collaboration with OCP Rock Solutions, the Strategic Business Unit of the OCP Group dedicated to the commercialisation of phosphate rock.
Together with PMP Stratégies, we are supporting OCP Rock Solutions in the operationalisation of its sustainability roadmap, translating strategic ambitions into concrete priorities, actions, and early deliverables. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the motivated local team in Morocco.
The focus is strongly set on value-driven: leveraging sustainability and ESG performance as a source of differentiation in commercial relationships, while remaining firmly grounded in operational realities.
Working with OCP also means engaging with issues of global relevance. Phosphate rock is essential to fertiliser production and therefore to global food security. This creates both a strong positive impact and a set of complex operational, environmental, and commercial challenges.
This first phase of this project marks the start of a hands-on and meaningful collaboration at the intersection of industry, sustainability, and strategic value creation.
