HOP3 has been selected to support Schmolz+Bickenbach, a global leader in special long steel, in the development of the Group Sustainability Strategy. Our engagement was kicked off on 21 March during a dedicated workshop in Luzern co-organised and facilitated by Bernard Mathieu, the HOP3 Director.
“We are very excited to contribute to building global sustainability approach for S+B”, said Bernard after the workshop. “It gave us the opportunity to feel the pulse of the company and perceive the commitment and professionalism of the managers from diverse countries who took part in it. We have received impressive best practices in the field of reduction of energy use and improvements in water treatment.”.
HOP3 now looks forward to elaborate a robust set of KPIs and strategies for S+B environmental impacts.
